I am a Holistic Therapist and I bring my many years of experience and learning to my treatments. I am a certified Breathwork Facilitator in Pranayama techniques, Conscious Connected breathwork and Introspective Breathwork™.  I am a qualified Massage Therapist, Reflexologist and Nutritional Therapist. About Breathwork

Breath is life, and how you breathe has a profound influence on the quality of your life.

Breathwork is an exploration of you. Your life is made up of many experiences which have shaped who you are. Your nervous system is influenced by these experiences and your body remembers and stores unresolved emotions and memories. Breath is the way in to the body. Breathwork helps to unravel the past, releasing held emotions, and brings new insights.
