You'll learn different breathing techniques to relax, release and recharge. I incorporate a different theme in each class and follow seasonal cycles.

What you need: A quiet place where ideally you won't be disturbed. A set of headphones, a warm blanket, a glass of water or your favourite herbal tea. A notebook and pen optional.
