I am a qualified massage therapist, reflexologist and breathwork facilitator. I am passionate about natural health and believe that the mind and body can thrive when supported holistically. I work with the individual needs of clients and tailor treatments accordingly.

 

My interest in health began many years ago. I qualified as a massage therapist in 2005 and then went on to train in a Chinese medicine school in Amsterdam for 3 years. My training included daily practice in meditation, qigong and yoga, which combined with learning Chinese Medicine gave me a deeper understanding of how to cultivate health.

 

The understanding of the importance of nutrition in optimising one's health led me to study nutritional therapy in 2013 with the College of Naturopathic Medicine. 

I have found the combination of massage and reflexology to be very effective. Regulating the nervous system works so well to reduce stress which is one of the main contributors to health problems. Reflexology is a great way of reading the body and brings more depth and understanding to the client. 

I am trained in pranayama breath techniques through Michael Bijker and am a student of One Breath Institute where I am in my second year of breathwork facilitator training.

 

 

I am available for massage therapy and reflexology at Solace Holistic Centre, Clonakilty and also run workshops in breathwork.
